Process included:
- Heuristic analysis of current website - UX & UI
- User testing
- Sitemap & Information Architecture
- Mid-fidelity prototyping of alternative designs
- Presentation of ideas and reports. 
HEURISTIC ANALYSIS REPORT SNAPSHOT
USER TESTING
I conducted initial user testing on the existing website. Participants were observed undertaking given tasks when using the marketing website. 

Some of the main issues found were:

1. Services were not easy to locate or find out about.
2. Font choice may be a little unprofessional
3. The primary pink swatch is overpowering and could be more gender-neutral.

SITEMAP DEVELOPMENT
Based on user-feedback, the requirements of the business and data from Google Analytics, I created a site map which enabled easy and quick navigation of the key areas. 
MID-FIDELITY PROTOTYPE FOR REDESIGN
After conducting user research and analysing data, I redesigned the home page to create a more user-friendly and efficient platform for businesses to find what they need. 
Easier access was to be given to the service pages so that users could go directly to their service needs.
This navigation panel means that users can see what they need at a glance. 
This project is a work in process. The client is happy with the detailed analysis and feedback and will move onto the next stage of development in due course.
